  1. Terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of the online store are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.

The online store is managed by the company Konal d.o.o.

The general terms and conditions determine the functioning of the online store, the rights and obligations of the customer and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the company Konal d.o.o. (seller) and the customers.

The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase (online order).

The costumer can choose and order the products available on the product list. All products listed on the store’s website are available until the stock is sold out. The sales contract between the seller and the customer is concluded when the seller confirms the order and the customer receives an e-mail confirming the order. From this moment on, the prices and terms of sale are binding for the seller and the buyer.

Konal d.o.o. company is committed to providing all information available to the customer concerning the business of the online store in relation to him. Due to the maintenance and upgrading of the website, occasional short-term restrictions may occur in access.

 

  1. Validity of Terms and Conditions

When the order is confirmed, or at the latest at the time of the acceptance of the goods, the client accepts our general terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified in the offer or contract.

 

  1. Prices

All prices are in EUR.  Prices do not include VAT. Prices do not include postage and are valid at the time of ordering.

The seller reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

 

  1. Payment and payment terms

The customer can pay the price of the products and the related delivery costs through PayPal.

Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment with his account or using a card, also prepaid, or in any case according to the methods accepted by Paypal and in compliance with the relative conditions.

The price for a limited number of items throughout all Europe Union depends on weight.

The ordered goods are dispatched as soon as the payment has been received.

The seller will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time. In the event that the order is submitted and confirmed by 10 am, the goods will be shipped on the same day. Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders confirmed on Friday after 10 am will be shipped on Monday. Before the order, the customer must check that the product is in stock.

In case the ordered products  cannot be shipped within the promised time for unpredictable reasons, we will notify the buyer of the new delivery time via the contact information provided, either by email or by phone.

The primary partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this can make the order more efficient.

  

  1. Returns and refunds

The customer can return the goods within 14 days of the purchase in case:
– the seller sent the wrong products;
– the products do not match the ordered quantity;
– the products differ from the customers’ order otherwise.

The goods must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have already been destroyed, lost or their quantity changed without any fault of the customer. The original packaging of the product must also be undamaged and unchanged.
Refunding the amount paid or part thereof shall be made as soon as possible or within 30 days at the latest. Refund is made to the customer’s account.

In the event of a refund of goods due to a complaint, a complaint must be sent to the address of the seller. If the claim is justified, the customer has the right to choose another product from the offer or ask for a refund.

In this case, the customer may request an immediate replacement for the same product.

In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the product to the supplier.

 

  1. Cancellation of the order

In the event that the customer terminates its order, the customer is obligated to settle all costs which were created by the order. 

 

  1. Responsibility

The Trader does his best to ensure that the information published on his online store is up-to-date, but the properties of the products, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the Trader fails to correct the information published on the online store in a timely manner. In such case, the Merchant will notify the User (Buyer) of the changes and allow him / her to withdraw from the order or to change the order.

Although the Merchant strives to provide accurate photographs of products for sale in the online store, all photographs must be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee the product features.

The merchant shall not be liable from the moment of delivery of the ordered products to the post office for cases of physical damage, destruction or loss of the consignment, as well as for the absence of contents in the consignment or if the consignment shows signs of opening. In these cases, the user (buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije. In case of damage to the shipment, it shall do so by bringing the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received without adding or removing anything, and shall complete the complaint record. The merchant, together with Pošta Slovenije, will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

Seller is committed to permanently protecting all personal information. These will be used solely for the purpose of keeping accounts, offers and other necessary documentation and will not be passed on to third parties.
