Artichokes Orgo , their outer leaves removed, have been cut into segments and preserved in brine, with the addition of condiments. They can be used as a topping for pizzas or added to cold meats. Strained and mixed with soft cheese they make a topping for savoury pies, tramezzini and sandwiches.
