Tartufata Orgo is prepared from button mushrooms, sunflower oil, min.1,5% black truffles, and condiments. In distinction from other rival products, Orgo tartufata is coarsely ground, thus ensuring a better distribution of the product in dishes. The prepared sauce will enrich the flavour of pasta and rice dishes, omelettes, eggs, pizzas and sandwiches. Owing to its distinctive taste it can be used as a condiment in various sauces served with meat or fish. It can be added to home-made dough for pasta and gnocchi. The sauce is extremely versatile in use and is intended for true gourmets.
