The mixture of wild and cultivated mushrooms Orgo has been marinated and preserved in glass jars, with the addition of extra virgin olive oil and natural condiments. They can be served with cold meats, as a topping for canapés and in cold salads.
Ingredients: mixed wild mushrooms 70% in varying proportions: moss mushrooms (Volvarea volvacea), sheathed woodtuft (Pholiota Nameko Mutabilis), ceps (Boletus edulis), Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius), extra virgin olive oil (26%), wine, vinegar, sugar, salt, natural flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid. The ratio and type of mushroom contained in the product, may vary depending on the availability of the product in the harvest season.
