Description

Packed in an aluminium foil bag, Orgo is a ready-to-serve product, seasoned according to the traditional trade recipe and preserved in sunflower oil. It is intented for pizzerias, restaurants and the catering trade, facilitating and quickening the preparation of many dishes. The product can contribute to the delicious taste of dishes such as mushroom risotto, pasta with mushrooms, steak with mushrooms, or be added to pizzas, tramezzini, pies and omelettes.

Ingredients: mixed wild mushrooms 82%: ceps (Boletus Edulis), oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus), saffron milk caps (Lactarius Deliciosus), shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula Edodes), sheathed woodtuft (Pholiota Nameko Mutabilis), moss mushrooms (Volvarea Volvacea), wine-cap mushroms (Stropharia Rugosoannulata), sunflower oil, garlic, onions, flavourings, parsley, pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid. The ratio and type of mushroom contained in the product, may vary depending on the availability of the product in the harvest season.
